How long does it take to get a response from customer service?

Customer service will answer your question by phone or e-mail within 48 hours on working days. Please note: This may take longer during the transition phase

  

What are the customer service opening hours?  

Customer service is available from Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 hrs, by phone or e-mail. Customer service is closed on public holidays. Customer service is also available at the fitting room in Terminal 107, for all your questions. Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30 hrs.
