Is your suitcase broken? Visit Terminal 107, and we will check if your suitcase can still be repaired. If your suitcase cannot be repaired, you will receive a new one. The repair takes a maximum of 30 minutes per suitcase

It is not possible to exchange a suitcase for a different model outside the reissue period.
