Tracing an order

I haven't received anything, although the web shop indicates the package has been sent.

Dit komt omdat ‘Verzonden’ op de webshop betekent dat de order is overgezet naar het ordersysteem van PostNL, en nog niet per se dat het pakket op weg is naar het bezorgadres. Vanuit PostNL ontvang je een bericht wanneer het pakket op het depot is gearriveerd en wanneer het klaar staat voor verzending zodat je jouw pakket en de koerier hiervan kunt traceren. Let op: er moet altijd getekend worden voor ontvangst.  

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a track & trace code from PostNL when the order is dispatched. This allows you to track your delivery. You can use a link in the e-mail from PostNL to change the delivery address, but not after the courier is on their way. If you are not at home, the parcel will be taken to the nearest PostNL parcel point, so that you can pick it up there. KLM does not allow the parcel to be delivered to neighbours or other third parties. After 5 days, the package will be returned to Schijvens. If applicable, please send an e-mail to customer service asking us to resend your package.
