First time logging into the webshop

The webshop is accessible via the following link: Webshop KLM

Log in to the web shop with HABILE

If you have logged in to the KLM environment via habile (with a ping ID), click the blue HABILE login link on the web shop login page. You will then log in automatically via single sign-on (login, without password).

When you log in to the web shop for the first time, enter your employee number and your business unit (see the example below using employee number 1089765) under ‘user name’. For KLC and MP, use KLM with your employee number.



Note: Enter your employee number here without any leading zeros. Then click ‘forgot password’. You will receive a new password in your inbox. This temporary password is valid for one month. When logging in, you must change this password to a new password of your choice. Please check your spam folder if the e-mail does not arrive within 10 minutes.
