Damaged, broken or no longer functioning items

I have a damaged, broken or no longer functioning item, what should I do?

We regret to hear that your item is damaged. If it concerns an item from your last reissue, we can replace this item for you. You have two options.

  1. You visit us in Building 107. This way we can view your item and assess wheter we can repair it or place a new order for you. This way, you can immediately return the old article.
  2. You send a photo to bedrijfskleding@klm.com of the damage in question and if the production order number (you can find this number on the label on the inside). Customer Service will inventory your photo and offer you a suitable solutionWat vervelend om te horen dat je artikel is beschadigd. Betreft het een artikel van je laatste herverstrekking, dan kunnen we dit artikel voor je vervangen. Je hebt hierbij twee mogelijkheden.
