I am leaving the organisation or have a new position

End of service or change of position

At the end of your employment period or if you are transferred to a position without uniform or one with a different clothing package, please hand in your uniform, clothing and accessories at Schijvens, Terminal 107. Before leaving service, please check whether you still have all your uniform items. The items you should have are listed at the web shop. If you miss an item, please fill in a report form. You will receive a missing item report with an ID number from KLM Security Services within 2 working days. Please e-mail this report to bedrijfskleding@klm.com. NB. You must hand in all old or worn uniform parts to Schijvens at 107. You must therefore absolutely not throw them away at home, due to the risk of safety
