Return policy

Company clothing can be exchanged within 3 months of delivery, provided it is in new condition and in the original packaging.

 

How do I register an item for return?

Do you want to register a return? Please email to bedrijfskleding@klm.com and state 'Return + your employee number' in the subject. Please state the item number, size, quantity and reason for return in the email. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, please indicate which size you would like to receive.

Please note: If it concerns a bottom part, waistcoat or a jacket of the uniform, you have to make a fitting appointment.
