If your rank has changed and you want to reflect this on your current clothing item, please deliver the clothing item to Schijvens Corporate Fashion, Terminal 107, ground floor. Your requested changes will be registered on receipt and the clothing item will be changed accordingly. The clothing item will be ready after 15 working days and can be collected from the KIA/KUA
My rank has changed. How do I change my epaulettes to show my new rank?
Epaulettes can be exchanged during a visit to Terminal 107 to get your rank changed on a clothing item.
My rank has changed and I am entitled to a re-provide. How do I do this?
Go to the web shop. Click on ‘information’, then select the document ‘rank changes'. Check whether your position and rank are correctly recorded here. Please note: If your position is not correctly recorded here, e-mail your required rank correction to bedrijfskleding@klm.com. Only place your re-provide order after your records on the web shop website have been corrected
